Petales au vent – French Version of Petals on the Wind

J’ai Lu was the publishing house responsible for bringing the world of VC Andrews to the French Public.

Literally meaning Petals on Wind, Petales au vent was the second of the dollanganger Saga books to be released.

As before with Fleurs Captives, the English to French translation was done by Michel Deutsch and although I can’t find confirmation, judging by the Illustration of the cover, it is likely that Gyula KONKOLY was the illustrator once again for the first set of publications.

The earliest copy I can find is 1981 which seems to suggest that it was released pretty quickly after the initial release of Fleurs Captives
